Stage 3: Creating Your Digital Presence with a WIX Website

Step 3: Creating Your Digital Presence (WIX Websites)

Creating Your Digital Presence with a WIX Website. After establishing your brand identity and guidelines, it’s time to refine your offerings and take them online. In the health and wellness industry, having a user-friendly and professional website can make all the difference when it comes to attracting and retaining clients.

Why a Strong Digital Presence Matters

Whether you’re offering 1-2-1 services like sessions, hosting workshops, selling online programs, offering price-plans, building large communities or providing downloadable content, your website needs to reflect your brand and streamline the customer experience. Having all your services available in an accessible, well-designed space not only attracts new clients but also encourages repeat visits.

Who is it for?

This stage is for health and wellness professionals who want to build or refine their online presence. If you're looking to offer both in-person and digital services, I’ll help you create a polished, functional website that aligns with your goals.

How I Help

My goal in Stage 3 is to take the various services you offer and refine them into a cohesive, accessible online experience. Here’s the process:

  • Refining your offerings: Many of my clients come to me with a range of 1-2-1 services that need work. We will look to explore how to get the best out of your services through the likes of events, workshops, online discovery calls, programs, price plans and other great WIX features. My job is to work with you to refine these offerings, so they fit neatly into your website. We’ll break down your services and build a sales strategy that invites your clients to return again and again through decent automation.

  • Collaborative website mind mapping: I’ll use MIRO to create a website mind map. This is where we collaborate in real time, mapping out the content and structure of your site. It helps us visualise what we need and where everything should go, ensuring your website is intuitive and organised.

  • Styling and page reviews: Once we’ve mapped out the content, I’ll style 2 or 3 pages for us to review. We’ll focus on colour themes and font styles that tie into your established brand guidelines from Stage 2. We’ll also design an efficient customer journey, using automations and booking calendars to make the experience smooth for your clients.

  • Finalising the website: Once we’re both happy with the structure and design, we’ll complete the services section, add the blog, and set up a contact page to give you a finished MVP (minimum viable product) website that’s ready to go live. Instead of asking you for piles of content upfront, we’ll take it step by step, adjusting as needed based on how things look in real life. By this stage, we already have a great understanding of your business, so we’ll be able to build something that truly reflects who you are and what you offer.

Example in Practice

Karin, a wellness coach, is a great example of how this works in practice. After completing her brand identity, we worked together to refine her offerings for her website. Karin offers 1-2-1 coaching sessions and online wellness programs, and together we created a seamless experience for clients to book her services and access her on-demand content. Her new website not only supports her personal connection with clients but also provides the efficiency and automation needed to grow her business.
